Complaints Procedure

As an accredited civil and commercial mediator I always aim to provide the best service possible.  However if you have concerns about the service that you received then please follow these steps:

 

  1. Please contact me via email at lorna@positiveresolution.co.uk within 7 days of completion of the mediation.
  2. I will reply to your complaint within the next 7 days in order to establish a resolution.
  3. In the unlikely event that you complaint cannot be resolved then please send the details to (named provider if applicable).
  4. Should you still be unsatisfied having exhausted these two routes please write to the Registrar at the Civil Mediation Council via registrar@civilmediation.org.
