As an accredited civil and commercial mediator I always aim to provide the best service possible. However if you have concerns about the service that you received then please follow these steps:
- Please contact me via email at email@example.com within 7 days of completion of the mediation.
- I will reply to your complaint within the next 7 days in order to establish a resolution.
- In the unlikely event that you complaint cannot be resolved then please send the details to (named provider if applicable).
- Should you still be unsatisfied having exhausted these two routes please write to the Registrar at the Civil Mediation Council via firstname.lastname@example.org.
